Terms & Conditions

* All payments in advance of service.
* Pro-rating of classes: Effective Immediately we will not pro-rate any classes above beginner or level I, students may optionally elect to use drop in rate if class allows it otherwise full rate applies. Students joining Beginner or level 1 classes late will have classes prorated.
* Charges and service availability (including available instructors) subject to change without notice.
* If two or less persons are present for a group class we reserve the right to cancel or otherwise modify the class, or student/s may elect to turn it into a regular private lesson against their account if on private lesson program.
* For SAFETY ~ we are limited to operating some of the pole / equipment classes to 200LBS weight limit.

REFUND POLICY:

For workshops and classes: Payment in advance secures your space in a class or workshop.  Full refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the start of the class.  Within 14 days and up to 24 hours before a class starts, students may receive 75% of their payment as credit toward other programs in the current session or the following session, with 25% reserved as a studio booking fee.  Within 24 hours before a class starts, no refunds or credits are available for students withdrawing from a class.

For Parties and Semi-Private Groups:  Deposit in advance secures your party.  Full refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the start of the party or semi-private group lesson.   Cancelation within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, although the studio will attempt to reschedule the event if the client wishes, dependent on the studio and instructor availablity.

Please NOTE! for technical reasons ALL refunds will be processed by CHEQUE. No refunds will be processed by Credit Card as they are difficult to audit due to transaction IDs not matching, NO exceptions.

Thank your for your understanding, as this allows us to be fair to everyone who wishes to reserve a spot in a class or reserve studio space for an event.

Referral & Credit Conditions

The studio reserves the right to modify or cancel credits.
All credits and discounts expire at the commencement of the next session.
Any credit coupon that exceeds the cost of services that it is applied to will automatically lose its remaining balance.
Referrals;
Referral discounts will be offered at the rate of $10 per five week class student or $20 per ten week class student. The referral discount may only be awarded / credited / used in the “next” session that referee signs up for provided that referred student paid in full and did not withdraw from classes.  Referral discounts are not applicable for “referring” students at your first session of classes with the studio. To be eligible as a referral students must put your name in the comments field at registration.
Perfect Attendance (PA credit);
Students attaining perfect attendance in five or ten week classes without using makeup classes, will get a $1 discount per week on the next session. e.g. at end of ten week class get $10 discount.
